Invited by Bovis Lend Lease, we developed a strategy for their new headquarters office building. The proposal sought to cluster their teams into clearly identifiable groups and treat each one as an autonomous and independent brand. Each group would have individually designed meeting pavilions and office structures appropriate to their specific office discipline. This would reinforce team identity and loyalty to the brand and the Company.
