Our clients secured a plot of land within a private estate on the outskirts of New Delhi, to create a "weekend retreat". The brief was to generate an "entertainment complex" not exceeding 25,000 ft. sq. The house needed to provide landscaped garden to the front to hold a summer party for 1,000 guests, whist retaining full privacy and seclusion to the rear family parts of the house. The rear garden included water features and pools, over which an external cinema screen would provide entertainment, together with spa and treatment rooms.
