Our strategy focused on maximising site development while ensuring each unit maintains a bespoke feel within its grounds. We designed units to optimise separation from neighbours, minimising visual impact and providing privacy, a crucial factor for the target market.

Each unit has a similar design for construction efficiency, with minor layout variations to make each home unique. The design features a rear orientation for privacy, with a formal entrance and gravel driveway reminiscent of luxury countryside homes. The back of the house will offer relaxed, open countryside views, highlighting the scenic outlook.
