Senior Director

Sally oversees major projects at MMM and leads the team to produce homes that consider the client needs whilst adhering to the restrictions of the local councils and their historical departments. With her many years of experience she brings a sensitive approach to the building and its overall aesthetic, as well as a deep understanding of the complexities of the construction process and how each will impact the project as a whole.

She consistently manages multiple projects and teams to which she brings her considerable experience in high-end refurbishment, as well as her comprehensive skills in developing tender and construction packages; preparing planning documents and contract administration. For each of her projects she carries out site inspections, liaises with clients, contractors and sub-contractors, local authorities and all key stakeholders.
