Islington, London, UK, 2010

The project obtained full planning permission to convert a five-storey light industrial building into residential spaces, paving the way for a functional and aesthetically balanced dwelling. The ground and first floors were transformed into a tailored unit designed for our client, an art collector, providing versatile spaces for displaying their art collection. A lift provides direct access to a rooftop garden with panoramic views of the City of London. In addition, two two-bedroom apartments on the upper floors contribute to the overall design, creating a harmonious blend of simplicity and urban living. The once-industrial building generated distinctive residential spaces by integrating practicality with the client's unique lifestyle.
