Regent’s Park, London, UK, 2016
Designed by the Prince Regent’s architect, John Nash, and built by James Burton in 1825 as part of The Crown Estate, this Grade I Listed Building was intentionally designed to resemble a large villa, although it was built as a pair of semi-detached houses.
Located within the Regents Park Conservation Area, the property is uniquely positioned at the North end of Chester Terrace, providing substantial gardens to the North and South sides of the house.
