Description

Forerunner for a number of new Italian restaurants, involving a collaboration between Tony Allen and Giorgio Locatelli. The concept features basic high quality italian home cooked food, featuring wood fired brick ovens, and was aimed at family demographic. The project involved fast pace of design pressures of a commercially driven project.
