Invited by the Notting Hill Improvement Group, we explored the regeneration of the rear parts of a service yard parallel to Notting Hill Gate. The proposal sought to introduce new houses and multiple apartments with car parking in an area currently used only for deliveries to retail units. This is to be funded by sharing profits of additional penthouse accommodation on Camden Hill Towers.
