Planning permission obtained, and nominated for RIBA Housing Design Award for this scheme for 6 new houses on this site in Deptford. The existing site is a derelict unit in wasteland, and surrounded in on all sides by Victorian terraces. The scheme design required significant consultant with all residents whom faced the property, and all of their concerns were addressed.
