Description

The junction of Whitehorse Lane and South Norwood Hill is a highly prominent corner which contains semi detached houses on a rising corner. The proposal sough to remove 5 houses and replace them with a sculptural arrangement of buildings to provide 31 new homes within the borough. The project contained a car club share scheme,, and a heavily landscaped communal garden for the residents to enjoy.
