Penthouse apartment on 3 levels overlooking the Thames. The apartment has been designed to display the client's art collection, and has fully integrated automated lighting and climate control. Features include a spectacular buffalo leather-covered staircase which is cantilevered from a triple height wall, and a beautiful fossilized stone floor. Structurally the project is also very complex, employing "plate bonding" techniques to provide staircase voids through the concrete "beam strips".
