This residential project transformed a former drama school site into three luxurious homes, each featuring advanced geothermal heating and cooling for sustainable living. Excavating two levels underground, we maximized space and functionality. Inside, a harmonious blend of light, contemporary finishes, and classic furniture creates a tranquil yet intriguing ambiance across six floors.
