We were invited to develop the master plan and typical unit designs for a significant housing project near Reading, Berkshire. The proposals focused on a variety of "house types" and apartment blocks, all organized around communal garden spaces. Additionally, the project includes schools, retail spaces, and landscaped parkland, creating a comprehensive and integrated community environment.
